Mia T. ★★★★★

My guinea pigs immediately took to this straw—the stalks are truly golden and pliable, not a single sharp edge to worry about. It fills their hideout with a warm, natural look and they’ve been burrowing in it nonstop.

Penelope ★★★★★

The barley straw is noticeably softer than the wheat-based stuff I used before, so I don't worry about it poking their eyes. The golden colour looks nice in the hutch too, and the stalks break up easily for bedding.

Zoe ★★★☆☆

The barley straw is noticeably softer and more golden than the wheat-based bedding I used before, and it doesn't have any sharp brittle stalks. It makes for a snug, safe base for my rabbits, though I did need to add a bit more than expected for good coverage.
